Binh Nguyen

Binh Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as the Technical Support Team Lead at WatchGuard Technologies since June 2018, Binh has advanced through various roles, including Senior Technical Support Representative and Technical Support Representative. Responsibilities include managing escalated cases, mentoring Triage technicians, and troubleshooting complex network security issues.
