Nondi Johnson-Hanks

Nondi Johnson-Hanks is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WatchGuard Technologies. In this role, they develop and maintain a network of professional candidates to be sourced via online talent community. They also organize employee onboarding paperwork and files for all new hires. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles in companies such as Philz Coffee, Starbucks, and Kroger, where they were responsible for managing teams, developing performance plans, and ensuring efficient operations. Nondi also has experience in communication and media, having interned at OC Fair & Event Center and Morris Desert Media Radio Group. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Vanguard University of Southern California.
