Lucy Bond

Lucy Bond has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as Head of Openings at WatchHouse since July 2020. Lucy has held multiple roles within the company, including Operations New Openings & Brand Standards Manager, Operations Training and Standards Manager, and General Manager. Prior to WatchHouse, Lucy worked as Assistant General Manager at Grind and as Restaurant Manager and Sales and Events Manager at The New World Trading Company. Additional experience includes a role as RM at Millbrook Resort and Supervisor at The Byron at Byron Resort and Spa. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Related Services from Leeds Beckett University and attended The Edinburgh Steiner School.
