Cris Hatcher

Cris Hatcher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cris began their career in law enforcement, serving as a Chief Detective at the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and later as a Lieutenant Detective at the Pittsburg, Kansas Police Department. In these roles, they oversaw criminal investigations and managed teams of investigators.

After their career in law enforcement, Cris transitioned to the private sector and worked as the Co-Owner and Operations Manager at Down Range Tactical Training & Outdoors. Here, they were responsible for event scheduling, accounting, business development, and website management.

Currently, Cris works at Watco Companies LLC, where they have held various roles over the years. Their most recent position is the Director of People Services, where they are responsible for implementing strategies in talent management, leadership development, and fostering a positive team culture. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Training and Development and Senior Manager of Training and Development at the same company, leading the development of training programs, classroom presentations, and policies in education and training.

Cris Hatcher obtained a Law Enforcement Officer Certification from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center in 2002. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Central Christian College of Kansas.
