Mike McAllister

Mike McAllister has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the transportation and logistics industry. Mike began their career at APM Terminals in 2001, where they worked their way up from Assistant Operations Manager to General Manager of Operations. In these roles, they focused on ensuring high levels of customer service, maintaining a safe working environment, and increasing productivity and profitability.

In 2012, McAllister transitioned to Watco Companies LLC, where they held several positions, including General Manager of Operations - Houston Liquids Terminals and Director of Operations - Greens Port Crude by Rail Terminal. In these roles, they continued to prioritize customer service, safety, and profitability, while also overseeing the growth and startup of new facilities and departments.

Throughout their career, McAllister has demonstrated a strong ability to lead teams, coach and develop employees, and implement strategies to improve operational productivity and efficiency.

Mike McAllister obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Administration from Texas A&M University's Galveston Campus, graduating in 2001.
