Neil Heerdink

Neil Heerdink has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various companies. Neil started working at GBW Railcar Services in 2015, where they held positions such as Performance Manager and Division Operations Leader. In these roles, they focused on improving productivity, managing operations, and proposing improvement plans. Neil then joined Watco Companies LLC in 2018 as the Director of Operations. Prior to this, Neil served in the United States Air Force as a Petroleum Manager and later as the Commandant of Airman Leadership School, where they provided leadership and guidance to personnel and managed budgets and programs.

Neil Heerdink obtained their Master's Degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Organizational Management at Ashford University from 2011 to 2015. Furthermore, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 1992 to 2009.
