Richard Balsiger

Richard Balsiger serves as the Operations Manager at Watco Companies LLC since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in rail operations from a previous role as Rail Operations Technical Advisor at Dow, where Richard worked from November 1996 to October 2020. In that position, Richard was responsible for leading rail operations and HAZMAT initiatives in Canada. Richard holds a degree in Power Engineering from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
