Jacques Charreyron

Jacques Charreyron has a strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in the field of connected mobility and performance management. Jacques currently holds the position of CTO at Watèa, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Michelin for several years, holding various roles. From 2021 to 2021, they were the Leader of Connected Mobility Services Initiatives and an Expert for the Norms and Regulations department. Jacques also worked as an Influencer, acting as a lobbyist and organizing webinars to promote open and standardized access to vehicle data. Additionally, from 2015 to 2020, they were an Intrapreneur in telematics, responsible for a research laboratory focusing on telecommunication and big data analysis of tire performance. From 2011 to 2015, they led the development of connected performance management solutions and was in charge of project portfolio simulations from 2008 to 2011. Overall, Jacques Charreyron has extensive experience in managing projects, developing software and infrastructure, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Jacques Charreyron holds a concepteur Bâtiment Passif degree in Technologie de construction du bâtiment from La maison passive, which they obtained in 2021. Jacques also holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie mécanique et informatique from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, which they completed between 1991 and 1996. In 1997, they obtained a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in Informatique, with a specialization in Traitement et synthèses d'images, from the Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
