Abhinav Sarna

Abhinav Sarna is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, transformation, and enterprise performance improvement across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Design Authority in the Transformation Office at Water Corporation, Abhinav directs a multi-disciplinary team in designing the organization's Target Operating Model and overseeing a substantial Transformation Roadmap with initiatives exceeding $1 billion AUD. Previous roles include Acting Head of Strategic Planning at Water Corporation and Manager of Enterprise Performance Improvement at Edith Cowan University. Abhinav's background also encompasses management consulting at Accenture, where responsibilities included managing large digital technology projects and business development, as well as client services at Clea PR and audit planning at Ernst & Young. Academic qualifications include a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Financial Management from The Australian National University, an Executive Program in Business Process Design from MIT Sloan School of Management, and membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
