Ralph Erik Exton

Ralph Erik Exton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the water and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Water Environment Federation since July 2024, Ralph has previously held notable positions including Chief Marketing Officer at GRUNDFOS and Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions. At SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions, Ralph excelled as Chief Marketing & Chief Digital Officer, merging marketing and digital expertise to drive industry-leading initiatives. Ralph's career began at GE Water & Process Technologies, where roles included Chief Marketing Officer and Business Program Manager. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
