Spencer Brignac

Spencer Brignac is an accomplished professional in membership management with extensive experience in various associations. Currently serving as the Director of Membership at the Water Environment Federation, Spencer Brignac oversees recruitment efforts and technical supervision of customer service, ensuring a positive member experience for 31,000 individuals.
