Steven Massa

Steven Massa is a native of the Washington, D.C. area. Steven graduated from the University of Maryland in 2015 with a degree in English. After working as a contract worker for several years, they took a position as an Education & Training Specialist at the Water Environment Federation in 2018. In their current role, Steven helps to coordinate educational and training programs for the organization. Prior to their work at the WEF, Steven held positions as an Uber Operations Specialist and a Data Entry Assistant with Economists Incorporated. Steven has also worked as a Publications Support Specialist with the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges.

Steven Massa holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Muhlenberg College. Steven also has a certification from the Association for Talent Development in E-Learning Instructional Design.
