Alban Recci Nganaye

Alban Recci NGANAYE is a seasoned professional in water access, hygiene, and sanitation with extensive experience in project management and implementation within humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as the Responsible Programme for New Water Access at Water for Good since June 2021, Alban focuses on developing drinking water infrastructure, managing human resources, and overseeing financial operations. Previously, in dual roles as Responsible Programme for Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation and responsible for COVID-19 response activities at SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL, Alban directed project diagnostics, implementation, and human resource management. Alban's career also includes a significant tenure as a Project Coordinator and Officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council, where responsibilities encompassed managing project personnel, ensuring project compliance with technical standards, and promoting sustainable environmental practices. Alban holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur des Travaux in Mines, Géologie, and Hydraulique from the Institut Supérieur de Technologie and has completed various professional development courses in related fields.
