Bradley J. Hartsell

Bradley Hartsell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bradley currently serves as the President of Water Gremlin Co. since 2022. Prior to this, they were the President of Okabe Co., Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Bradley also held the position of Executive Vice President at Water Gremlin Co. from 2017 to 2019.

Bradley's previous experience includes their role as the Chief Executive Officer at Schmitz Dong Feng Specialty Vehicle Co. Ltd. from 2015 to 2016. Bradley was specifically recruited for this position to lead and grow the Joint Venture of Schmitz Cargo Bull and Dong Feng Commercial Vehicle in Wuhan, China.

Earlier in their career, Bradley served as the Director of Sales North America at Kongsberg Automotive from 2013 to 2015. Bradley also held the position of Executive General Manager at the same company from 2001 to 2013, overseeing a manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China.

Before their time at Kongsberg Automotive, Bradley worked as the Vice General Manager at Shanghai Lone Star Cable Company from 2001 to 2008. Bradley also worked as the Asian Business Development Manager at Teleflex, Inc. from 2000 to 2007.

Bradley Hartsell completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Japanese Studies at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts from 1988 to 1991. Bradley later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Union University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
