Ori Herstik

Oriyam Herstik currently serves as the COO at Osi Oils and is also a Venture Fellow at Laconia. Previously, Oriyam held positions in various capacities including VC & PE Biz Ops at Chronograph, Investment Analyst at Water Innovation Accelerator, and Biz Ops at Healthy Home Energy & Consulting, Inc. Notable early career roles include Associate at The New England Consulting Group, Assistant Trader at First New York, and previous internships in equity research and private wealth management at Burkenroad Reports, UBS, and Cantor Fitzgerald. Oriyam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
