Stephen Horner

Stephen Horner has extensive work experience in the research and development field, specializing in chemistry. Stephen is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Water Lens, LLC since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the President of Palladium Scientific, LLC starting in August 2020.
