Rivu Dey

Rivu Dey is an experienced R&D professional currently serving as R&D Manager at Water Lilies Food, LLC since January 2021, leading a team of four and setting departmental goals. Prior experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer and Food Scientist where responsibilities encompassed product development and managing the innovation process.
