Johny Bermudez

Johnny Bermudez grew up in Tapachula, Chiapas, in southern Mexico. He worked as a handyman’s assistant through college. After graduating, he embarked on a 12-year career in education, teaching kindergarten through college, as well as managing his own school. He became country director for Water Mission’s Mexico program in 2012.

Mr. Bermudez earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the Autonomous University of Chiapas.
