Ben Lathwell

Ben Lathwell is currently the Director of Policy and Regulation (Major Projects) at WaterNSW since April 2021, where strategic policy and infrastructure development support are provided. Prior roles include Manager of Water Sector Reforms at the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, Senior Policy Advisor for the Office of Hon. Don Harwin MLC, and various positions at WaterNSW involving corporate strategy and regulatory affairs. His extensive background in stakeholder relations and regulatory strategy was further shaped through his tenure at Snowy Hydro Limited and NSW Treasury, focusing on energy market reform. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Charles Sturt University.
