Mr. YU Kam Shui, Erastus is an executive director and one of the founders of the Group. He is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. He is the chairman of disclosure committee and a member of investment advisory committee of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. Mr. Yu started his career in trading in the United States in 1993. Mr. Yu is primarily responsible for the business development of the Group. Mr. Yu is the brother of Ms. Yu Lai Chu, Eileen, Ms. Lai Yin Ping’s husband and the uncle of Mr. Tam Siu Kei, Alan.
