Rachel Brumbaugh Overton

Rachel Brumbaugh Overton has over two decades of experience in global operations and program management, primarily within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Project Lead for Organizational Design and Director of Global Operations at Water.org since August 2013, Rachel previously held multiple roles at World Vision from 1997 to 2013, including Head of Cash Grants & Special Projects and Deputy Director for the Food Security Enhancement Initiative. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Learning and Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound.
