Matthew Keihl

Matthew Keihl is an experienced professional in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as the Leadership and Organizational Development Lead at ARCTOS since July 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew held similar positions at Universal Technology Corporation and the Air Force Inspection Agency, demonstrating expertise in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and performance optimization. Matthew's career with the Air Force includes significant roles such as Chief of Continuous Process Improvement at Pacific Air Forces and Chief of Continuous Process Improvement Deployment at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition. Additionally, Matthew has extensive experience in Foreign Military Sales and program management within the Air Force. Matthew holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Purdue University.
