Sudhir Arya

Sudhir Arya has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Sudhir currently holds the position of Director, Financial Institution Partnerships, South Asia at Water.org since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at Water.org from December 2018 to September 2022 and as a Program Manager from September 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Water.org, Sudhir Arya worked at YES BANK, where they held the roles of Assistant Vice President from July 2016 to August 2017, Senior Manager from October 2014 to June 2016, and Manager from August 2012 to September 2014.

Additionally, Sudhir Arya has experience working at UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES, where they served as a Credit Manager from January 2012 to August 2012, Business Manager (Individual & Group Lending) from September 2010 to December 2011, and Management Associate from April 2009 to August 2010.

At the beginning of their career, Sudhir Arya worked as a Field Assistant at the National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources from May 2006 to April 2007, where they were involved in the NMPB(M&AP) project under Dr. S. K.

Sudhir Arya pursued their undergraduate education from 2001 to 2005 at Rajasthan Agricultural University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Honors in Agriculture. Sudhir later attended VAMNICOM in Pune from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Agri business.
