Monica Cecava

Monica Cecava is the Director of New Product Development-Operations at Water Pik, Inc., where Monica leads cross-functional teams to improve bottom line performance. Monica also serves as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council. Previously, Monica worked as a Graduate Assistant at Colorado State University and served in the US Army as a Mental Health Specialist. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, a Master of Management Practice in Management, and a minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
