Michelle Burns has extensive experience in the water and waste management sector, currently serving as Head of Partnerships at Water Plus since June 2016, overseeing a commercial key customer portfolio valued at over £33 million. Prior roles at Water Plus included Third Party Performance Manager, Regulation & Compliance Manager, and Wholesale Contract Manager. Previously, Michelle worked at United Utilities as a Key Account Manager from October 2014 to June 2016, and at Homeserve from April 2005 to September 2014, where responsibilities included internal and external partner audits, management of underwriting analysts, and development of key client relationships.
