Julianne Black

Julianne Black is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the Jupiter/Tequesta Waterfront Team at Water Pointe Realty Group since February 2014. In this role, Julianne manages marketing efforts and communication strategies for top agents Mark Eble and Jaye Parker, successfully enhancing their social media presence and client engagement. As a Realtor, Julianne generated over $3 million in sales within the first year. Prior experience includes roles as a Brand Ambassador at The Next Step Realty, where Julianne significantly contributed to revenue growth, and as an Administrative Assistant for The Florida Senate. Julianne also co-founded the startup Taxi Tab Tally and assisted at Ausley & McMullen. Julianne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida State University, obtained in 2013.
