Pauli Undesser, BS, MS, MWS, CAE, serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Water Quality Association and the Water Quality Research Foundation, focusing on enhancing professionalism and credibility in the water treatment industry. With a rich background in leadership roles within the association, Pauli has contributed to strategic planning, regulatory affairs, and technical support for industry members. Prior experience includes managing product certification processes in various capacities, including a Toxicology Manager position, and conducting research at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Children's Memorial Hospital. Pauli holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Northern Illinois University.
