Boris Bernstein supports our team with investing in and growing healthcare companies in Europe. He has specialized in healthcare investments for more than 15 years with a focus on medical products, including diagnostics and wound care, and providers of elderly care and ophthalmic services. Prior to joining Water Street, Boris was an investment manager at Allianz Capital Partners in Munich and a vice president at Goldman Sachs International in London. Boris holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a master’s degree from Georgetown University. He is a chartered financial analyst and, until the end of 2020, chairman of the German CFA Society.
