Carrie Raffin

Carrie Raffin manages Water Street’s day-to-day operations and human resources responsibilities. She has worked with the Water Street team since 2001. Previously, Carrie was with Merck Medco, where she was responsible for implementing and managing pharmacy benefit plans for large Fortune 1000 employers. She began her career in the human resources consulting group of Arthur Andersen. Carrie received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University. She earned a master’s degree in education and administration from DePaul University.
