Mike Mirt

Mike Mirt has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the health insurance industry. Most recently, he was president of HealthSpring, a Medicare Advantage plan. The company was acquired by Cigna Corporation. Previously, Mike was executive vice president and chief operating officer of AmeriChoice, a UnitedHealth Group company offering healthcare coverage to Medicaid beneficiaries. He also served as regional president of Cigna Healthcare. Mike serves on the board of the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in healthcare sciences from Wichita State University.
