Mike Mason

Mike Mason has a wealth of experience in various roles across different organizations. Starting as a Teller at Wells Fargo, Mike has progressed through roles such as Soft Skills Trainer at Belco Community Credit Union and Youth Pastor at Journey Church. Currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at Water Street Mission, Mike is focused on developing career plans for residents and overseeing church operations as an Executive Pastor at Journey Church. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Penn College, Mike brings a strong background in leadership and program development to their current position.
