Jo Anna Ordoñez, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jo Anna currently holds the position of Vice President of Utility Water Applications at Water Tech, Inc. In their previous role at Solenis, they served as the Applications Development Manager for Industrial Solutions and later as the District Sales Manager for the IWT Gulf Region. Jo Anna also worked as the Manager IWT Value Delivery, Standards and Training, and as an Applications Project Manager for Cooling Water. Prior to their tenure at Solenis, Jo Anna worked at GE, where they served as the Lead Program Specialist for GE Corporate Diversity & Inclusion. Jo Anna also held various roles at GE Power, including Cooling Product Applications Engineer and Sales Account Manager. Before joining GE, they worked as a Production Engineer at Quantum Chemical, Millennium Petrochemical Corp and FMC. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Research Assistant at HTRI Heat Transfer Research Incorporated. Jo Anna Ordoñez has received several awards throughout their career, including the 2020 President's Roundtable Award, the 2020 Pinnacle Award, and the 2016 Women's International Network of Solenis Darcy Dauterive Award (NA).

Jo Anna Ordoñez, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1985 and 1992. Jo Anna also completed an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, with the program duration ending in 2021.
