Janelle has successfully redefined content marketing and led a team of over 40 professionals to enhance customer engagement through premium content and high-profile events. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for Solutions and Product Marketing, where Janelle established a customer-centric approach, and Senior Vice President for Solution Strategy, focusing on product strategy and market execution. Janelle's early career included significant contributions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. In addition to current responsibilities at Genesys, Janelle serves on the board of Water to Thrive, contributes to Chief, and was a member of the Fast Company Executive Board. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
