Goitseone Tshiamiso is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer care, product management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Customer Care at Water Utilities Corporation since July 2019, Goitseone leads customer experience transformation by defining governance frameworks, developing customer value propositions, and implementing marketing strategies. Prior experience includes acting as General Manager Customer Care at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation, where Goitseone focused on integrated channel management and customer experience management. Additionally, Goitseone held the position of Product Manager for Retail Banking Channels at Barclays Bank Botswana, concentrating on product development, project management, and customer relations.
