Grant Adams

Grant Adams is an experienced professional in customer care and marketing within the machinery and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Calspan since September 2022, Adams previously held the position of Sr. Manager Aftermarket at Grammer Americas, where leadership was provided in the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Business team focusing on seating sales and marketing for North America. Prior to this, Adams worked as a Service & Marketing Consultant at GEA Consulting Solutions, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency across various industries.
