Jennifer Tardella

Jennifer Tardella has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career at Taro Pharmaceuticals in 1997, where they served as the Human Resources Director for seven years. Jennifer then joined OperationsInc in 2004 as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, providing a range of services including benefits administration, employee relations, and compensation analysis. In 2007, they joined Waterworks as the Executive Director of Human Resources and Training & Development. In this role, they focused on employee relations, culture initiatives, and organizational development, while also overseeing HR operations, training, talent management, and compensation.

Jennifer Tardella earned a BS degree in Business from Concordia College between 1991 and 1994. In addition, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2012.
