Alex Johnston

Alex Johnston has a diverse work experience in digital engagement, social media management, digital editing, and content production. They started their career as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at IoT University in 2016. Later that year, they had a marketing internship at itelligence Business Solutions UK LTD. In 2017, they joined Comic Relief as a Digital Content Assistant and then progressed to the role of Digital Content Producer. In 2018, Alex joined WaterAid as a Digital Editor, and later became a Social Media Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Digital Engagement Manager at WaterAid.

Alex Johnston pursued higher education, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Alex attended Farnborough Sixth Form College for their high school education, which lasted from 2010 to 2012. Before their time at the college, Alex completed their early education at Farnham Heath End School from 2005 to 2010.
