Lim Kim Seng has extensive work experience in various organizations and roles.

Lim started their most recent role as WASH & Health Programme Manager at WaterAid in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at FHI 360 as a Regional Technical Coordinator from May 2021 to December 2022 and as a Regional Technical Officer from June 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining FHI 360, Lim worked at UNOPS as a Public Health Officer from May 2017 to March 2018. Lim also served as a Field Office Manager at Malaria Consortium from January 2015 to April 2017.

Earlier in their career, Lim worked at FHI 360 as a Technical Officer from March 2011 to December 2014. Lim also held roles at Cambodian Red Cross as a Program Officer from July 2008 to February 2011, at Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia as a Project Team Leader from February 2006 to June 2008, and at Cambodia Red Cross as a Project Assistant from January 2004 to February 2006.

Lim Kim Seng began their education in 2005 at the University of Economic and Management, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management. Lim remained at the university until 2011. Following their time at the University of Economic and Management, Lim Kim Seng enrolled in the National Institute of Public Health in 2011. Lim obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a specialization in Epidemiology in 2014.
