Louise Skinner

Louise Skinner's work experience includes roles at various companies. Louise worked as a Senior Digital Content Manager at WaterAid from April 2019 to the present. Before that, they were the Head of Digital Content and Experience (Interim) at WaterAid from January 2023 to April 2023. Prior to their time at WaterAid, Louise was a Digital Manager at Refuge from January 2018 to April 2019. Louise also worked at Christian Aid, where they held positions such as Senior Digital Editor from January 2017 to December 2017, Digital Product Owner (secondment) from August 2016 to January 2017, and Digital Editor from October 2012 to August 2016. Before joining Christian Aid, Louise worked at TSO as a Senior Web Editor from April 2011 to October 2012 and as a Web Editor from March 2010 to April 2011. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Runner/Front of House at ENVY Post Production from June 2009 to March 2010, and as a Junior Web Producer at Bauer Media from June 2008 to January 2009.

Louise Skinner completed their education at De Montfort University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Media Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In September 2016, they obtained a certification as a Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. In April 2019, they completed a course on Communicating With Confidence at The Management Centre (=mc). In June 2019, they completed a Management Training program at The Oxford Group. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Essentials from IAB. In March 2020, they completed a Project Management course at The Management Centre (=mc). Most recently, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Start Writing Fiction from FutureLearn.
