Rebecca Graves has a diverse work experience that spans several fields. Rebecca currently works as an Education and Engagement Officer at WaterAid since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Geography Teacher at Ralph Sadleir School from September 2018 to April 2020, where they also completed their NQT. Rebecca also served as an Outreach Officer at the University of Hertfordshire from November 2017 to September 2018, focusing on widening access and participation for vulnerable teens. Rebecca has worked as a Waitress at East Herts Golf Club from July 2012 to November 2017. In addition, Rebecca has worked as a Geography Teacher at Swavesey Village College from February 2017 to July 2017 and at Hitchin Girls' School from September 2016 to December 2016. Rebecca volunteered with VSO in June 2016 and worked as a Community Volunteer at Hadithi Crafts, teaching table banking and budgeting to women's groups. Rebecca also worked as a Learning Mentor at Freman College from September 2015 to May 2016.

Rebecca Graves has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended Freman College, where they obtained their high school diploma. From 2012 to 2015, they enrolled at the University of Chester and pursued a degree in International Development Studies with a focus on Natural Hazards Management, emphasizing Development Economics and International Development. Subsequently, in 2016, Rebecca attended the University of Cambridge and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a specialization in Secondary Geography. Rebecca continued their studies at Cambridge in 2017, completing a PGCE in Geography with a focus on Education. Most recently, from 2020 to 2021, they studied at Brunel University London, earning a Master of Arts degree in Children, Youth, and International Development.
