Senior Programme Coordinator Partnership Development And Compliance at WaterAid

Solomon Kyeyune's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Research and Information Manager at Prometra Uganda. In 2005, they served as a Technical Associate Volunteer and later became a Community Development Facilitator at World Vision Uganda until 2008. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Area Development Program Coordinator at World Vision Uganda. Solomon then joined the Network for Water and Sanitation as a Knowledge Management and Learning Facilitator from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Solomon joined WaterAid and held various roles including Partner Support and Capacity Building from 2012 to 2014 and Senior Programme Coordinator for Partnership Development and Compliance from 2014 onwards. In 2017, they moved to WaterAid Uganda where they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager until the present. Additionally, Solomon worked as a Consultant at the Ministry of Water and Environment - WaterAid partnership from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Partnership Development Specialist at UNOPS starting in 2023.

Solomon Kyeyune obtained their BSc degree in Forestry from Makerere University between 1999 and 2003. Solomon later pursued a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Development at Uganda Management Institute from 2009 to 2010. Most recently, they attended Uganda Christian University, where they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2016 to 2018.
