Jan Gjaltema

Jan Gjaltema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and project implementation across various sectors, particularly in ICT and education. Currently serving as a Transitiebegeleider at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Jan leads the centralization of audiovisual services and engages in team coaching and business case development. As an entrepreneur and managing director of PoweredbyMentor, Jan supports coaches in delivering interactive learning experiences. Additionally, Jan holds roles as a project consultant for LAbWare implementation and as a management consultant for Waterbedrijf Groningen and Waterleidingmaatschappij Drinkwater BV. With a background as founder and owner of NazTag BV and director of Symbiotic, Jan specializes in strategizing online tools and guiding agile project organizations.
