Saul Castaneda

Saul Castaneda has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Saul started their career as a Drilling Engineer at British Petroleum, where they provided field support and contributed to daily operations. Saul then worked as a Bit Application Engineer at Baker Hughes, where they evaluated drilling situations and developed plans to improve performance. At Schlumberger, they held various roles including District Manager, MCA Bit Manager, Operations Manager, and Engineering Manager. In these positions, they were accountable for business development, logistics management, and inventory rationalization. Currently, Saul is serving as the Director of Business Operations at Hog Technologies.

Saul Castaneda completed a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Universidad de América. Saul attended this institution from 1987 to 1992. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Civil Engineering at the Universidad de Los Andes from 2004 to 2006.
