Waterbury Public Schools
Joseph Britton, Esq. currently serves as the Board of Education Attorney for Waterbury Public Schools since January 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Mount Saint Vincent since September 2022. In addition, Joseph Britton has been a City Councilman for the City of Danbury since December 2021 and previously held the position of Law Clerk at Dupere Law Offices from September 2021 to April 2022. Joseph Britton was also a Board of Education Member for Danbury Public Schools from April 2019 to January 2022, where the role included serving as Chairman of the Board's Sites and Facilities Committee. Earlier experience includes a Commercial Lending Internship at Savings Bank of Danbury, a Student Clinician at the Small Business Clinic, and several positions at Big Y World Class Market. Joseph Britton holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
