Shelby Davis

Shelby Davis, MS, serves as the Commissioner of Arts and Tourism for the City of Waterbury since September 2022 and the Executive Director of City Youth Theater since April 2019, where responsibilities include developing organizational strategies and drafting policies. Davis has a long-standing tenure at Waterbury Public Schools as a Counselor since March 2012 and previously held the position of Adjunct Professor at Post University in 2016.
