Waterdance
Martyn studied Marine Biology and worked for the Marine Management Organisation for 11 years between 2008 and 2019. He completed a Master’s in Business Management in March 2019 and joined Waterdance Ltd in April 2019. Martyn’s role involves managing quotas for the Waterdance Ltd fleet. He also leads on sustainability by sharing data with scientists, compliance with fishing regulations and achieving sustainability accreditations for our fish such as the Marine Stewardship Council. Martyn is a Chartered Environmentalist and full member of the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA).
