Paul Nöbauer has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting roles. Paul currently works as the Finance Manager International at waterdrop® since 2022. Prior to this, Paul held various positions at Magna International from 2018 to 2022, including Head of Finance & Controlling, Controller, and Technical Assistant to the Vice President Finance Europe & Global IT. In these roles, they supported operational and project-related tasks, prepared management presentations, assisted in strategic and operational projects, conducted business case calculations, and performed monthly financial reporting. Before Magna International, Paul worked as a Trainee Group Controlling at Kapsch TrafficCom AG in 2017 and as a Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little in 2016. Paul also gained experience in the oil & gas industry through an internship in the Inhouse Consulting team at OMV in 2015, where they assisted in cost efficiency projects and conducted capability workshops. Additionally, they completed an internship in Mexico at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in 2015 and worked briefly in Investment Management at Raiffeisen-Holding Niederösterreich-Wien in 2013.
Paul Nöbauer began their education in 2012 at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Paul graduated from this program in 2015. In 2014, Paul also attended Texas McCombs School of Business for a short period as part of their Bachelor's studies.
