Pedro López Ródenas

Pedro López Ródenas has extensive work experience in asset management, risk analysis, and negotiation. Pedro is currently a Vice President of Asset Management at Waterfall Asset Management LLC, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Asset Manager at Bain Capital from September 2019 to November 2021. Pedro also served as Vice President of Asset Management at Victoria Asset Management from October 2017 to September 2019.

Before entering the asset management field, Pedro worked at Sareb, where they held various roles, including Gerente RED from April 2016 to October 2017, Gerente Eficiencia from April 2015 to April 2016, and Técnico Activos Financieros from April 2013 to April 2015.

Pedro's earlier experience includes positions at Bankia, where they worked as a Gestor de Activos Inmobiliarios (GAI) and Técnico de Riesgos, analyzing and intermediating operations for corporate clients from March 2011 to April 2013, and at Caja Madrid, where they served as a Técnico de Riesgos Construcción y Promoción from April 2009 to March 2011, and a Técnico de Riesgos Empresas y Pymes from June 2008 to December 2008.

Pedro's career started with a role as a Pasante at Altus Abogados, specializing in Administrative, Criminal, and Civil Law, where they prepared resources and documentation for the courts from January 2009 to April 2009. Pedro also worked as an Entrenador de Fútbol at Colegio Santa Ana y San Rafael, aiming to teach their players values and reward their effort, from 2006 to 2008.

In addition, Pedro gained logistics experience as part of the team at Hotel Melia Castilla, where they were involved in the setup of event venues and inventory control from 2001 to 2002.

Pedro López Ródenas completed their undergraduate studies from 2003 to 2009 at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Pedro earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management during this time. Additionally, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at the same university from 2003 to 2009. Subsequently, in 2012 and 2013, Pedro attended ESADE Business School to obtain a Master's degree in Corporate Finance & Law. The specific field of study for each degree is not provided.
