Jon Nevid currently holds the position of Vice President in the Development Asset Management Group at RXR since April 2025, where responsibilities include developing, managing, and monitoring project plans and budgets as well as creating financial models for development projects. Previously, Jon served as an Acquisitions/Development Manager at Southern Land Company from April 2021 to March 2025, focusing on identifying and closing potential acquisitions while maintaining financial modeling and investment documentation. Earlier experience includes roles at EY as a Structured Finance Senior Analyst and KPMG as a Structured Finance Analyst and Associate, where Jon analyzed various loan metrics and provided assurance services to banking clients. Jon began professional experience as a Financial Services Intern at KPMG and as an Intern at LStar Management, where initial responsibilities involved market and financial analysis. Jon holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
