Jessica Stephenson

Jessica Stephenson, CRCM has an extensive background in compliance and banking. Jessica currently holds the position of EVP, Compliance & BSA Officer at Waterfall Bank. Prior to this, Jessica served in various compliance and BSA officer roles at Cogent Bank, Seacoast Bank (formerly First GREEN Bank), and First Green Bank. Jessica began their career in banking as a Teller and Customer Service Manager at RBC Bank. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Florida, as well as a diploma from the Florida School of Banking.
